In 2018, some members of the Polk County community came together seeking to find faith-based solutions to a wide variety of needs.<\/p>\n

Their hope was for these solutions to include many existing programs and some new endeavors supported by neighborhood prayer gatherings.<\/p>\n

All people of our greater community are invited to join in as POLK COUNTY CARES.<\/p>\n
