Who We Are

Polk County Cares is a faith-based group that seeks to address concerns such as addiction, at-risk youth, crime and homelessness in our communities.

Mission:

Polk County Cares connects people an empowers them to transform their lives through caring relationships.

In recent years, some members of the Polk County community have come together seeking to find faith-based solutions to a wide variety of needs.

These solutions will include many existing programs and some new endeavors supported by neighborhood prayer gatherings.

All people of our greater community are invited to join in as POLK COUNTY CARES.
