Who We Are

Polk County Cares is a faith-based group that seeks to address concerns such as addiction, at-risk youth, crime and homelessness in our communities.

Mission:

Polk County Cares connects people and empowers them to transform their lives through caring relationships.

In 2018, some members of the Polk County community came together seeking to find faith-based solutions to a wide variety of needs.

Their hope was for these solutions to include many existing programs and some new endeavors supported by neighborhood prayer gatherings.

All people of our greater community are invited to join in as POLK COUNTY CARES.
